* An outpatient clinical research study will compare the efficacy of
Risperidone and Haloperidol in clients diagnosed with schizophrenia and
schizoaffective disorder. Both are FDA approved, effective medications.
This is a double-blind study lasting up to two years. There is no placebo
group. The study will be conducted in Bellevue Hospital Center, Dept. of
Psychiatry.
